| |
| On-line Aerial Photography "PropertyView" |
| |
| |
This provides fast, low cost access to aerial photos and property information. Aerial photos can be obtained via the internet using Webmaps' PropertyView. It provides high resolution aerial photographs, convenient searching (via street address or Lot/Plan) and on-line viewing, ordering and downloading. Small format images are delivered in real time. Aerial photo enlargements are also available. Payment options range from credit card payment, monthly account, prepaid accounts to subscription options. |

| Very High to High Resolution Orthophotos |
| |
| |
These provide detailed property, asset, infrastructure and engineering information. For city and major urban areas the orthophotos are generally 0.15 metre pixel size. They are derived from 1:8,000 to 1:13,000 scale very high resolution photography. They are suitable generally for viewing and output scales to 1:600 to 1:1000. They are also available resampled to 0.45metre high resolution orthos (1:1250 outputs). These images are delivered as 1 km x 1km tiles and can be used in CAD, GIS and photo software. They are available referenced to the National coordinate system (MGA94) and in formats including JPEG, ECW or Tiff. |
| |
| Medium Resolution Orthophotos |
| |
| |
These provide valuable property, asset, environmental and natural resource information. The orthophotos are 0.60 to 0.75 metre resolution and suitable for 1:2500 scale viewing and outputs. They come from:
resampled 0.15 metre very high resolution orthos and 1:10,000 photography, or
medium scale photography (1:40,000 photography and 0.6metre resolution)
These images are delivered as 1 km x 1km tiles and can be used in CAD, GIS and photo software. They are available referenced to the National coordinate system (MGA94) and in formats including JPEG, ECW or Tiff. |

| Aerial Photo-Enlargements |
| |
| |
Webmap provides aerial photo enlargements. Users can select either printed or digital options. The user can select the resolution/ scale/ detail and the size (190 mm to 750 mm size). These are ordered online via "PropertyView". Digital enlargements are generally delivered within 1 day. |
| |
Alternatively, a simple fax order option is avaiabale. See PropertyView 'Products and Services' for more details and an order form. |

|
| Digital Terrain Models (DTM) and Contours: |
| |
| |
Digital terrain models and 1 meter Contours were produced semi automatically to create the orthophotos. They are available for purchase. Higher quality engineering quality digital terrain models ( generally +/- 0.50 metre surface and 0.30 metre heights can be also be supplied for specific projects.(preliminary planning and design, engineering and other major projects, etc) |
| |
| Digital Mapping "Off the Shelf: |
| |
| |
Webmap can provide detailed feature mapping from the available controlled aerial imagery. This allows mapping and detailed aerial surveying to high accuracies of +/- 0.25 metre (x,y,z). It is tailored to the clients' specific project requirements. It is cost effective and fast. It removes the delays and costs of new aerial photography and survey control. |
| |
| 3D Models, Visualisation and Fly Throughs: |
| |
| |
Webmap has 3D models of Brisbane and Sydney (City / CBD areas) 3D Fly through packages can be created which combine 3D viewing software, aerial imagery, terrain model designs and user layers to provide real world visualisation on desktop PCs. Webmap's high resolution aerial imagery & digital terrain models are available for visualisation projects. |
| |
| Property Boundary Mapping: |
| |
| |
Property boundary mapping (digital cadastral data base) is available through "PropertyView" as an option with the standard small format "PropertyView" aerial image. |
| |
| GeoPDFs: |
| |
| |
What's a GeoPDF? An intelligent georegistered PDF (or GeoPDF) map significantly increases access to GIS data. This type of map displays graphical layers, embeds feature class attribute data and contains the map's projection coordinates.
Key Features:
Easy creation of intelligent georegistered PDF maps from within the organisations GIS
Automatic embedding of projection coordinate system within the PDF
Automatic embedding of feature class attributes with the PDF
Creates spatial bookmarks and hyperlinks
Allows for measuring of distance, area and bearing
Can operate in batch mode for mass production
Benefits:
Accomplishes the goal to significantly increase access to geographic data throughout all parts of an organisation by allowing the publishing of GIS data to non-technical users via the free and familiar Adobe Reader.
Includes search and display of non-graphical attributes of objects and area by query
No client-side software install, support or training
Compatible with Adobe Acrobat markup and collaboration tools
Unparalleled security features
Web enabled

| Data Leasing Service: |
| |
| |
As a data warehouse, Webmap can also provide a data leasing service for organisations. It reduces the need for costly IT hardware, software and support staff. It means wider access and distribution of aerial imagery. It is ideal for organisations that prefer not to store, manage and distribute large data sets. The Webmap server technology adheres to the OpenGIS standards to ensure interoperability with third party applications and promote the efficient use of a distributed systems model. (Delivery of image packets via WMS is available). Web links to clients' websites provide direct delivery of Property aerial imagery. Contact Webmap to discuss how we can provide an on line solution to your imagery needs. |
